What Love Does explores the emotional arc of love as lived rather than imagined. The series traces two moments within the same relationship: the beginning, where love feels expansive and consuming, and the aftermath, where what remains is fragile, unresolved, and quietly heavy.

Where Love Begins reflects the intoxicating pull of connection — the way love can feel generous, hopeful, and immersive. The forms are fluid and open, suggesting movement, promise, and emotional momentum.

Trying to Hold What’s Left shifts into tension and fragmentation. Gestural marks, broken shapes, and uneven textures speak to the disorientation that follows loss — the instinct to preserve what once felt whole, even as it slips away.

Together, these works tell a shared story about love’s duality: how quickly it can carry us toward joy, and how abruptly it can leave us navigating its aftermath.
